Advertising Summary: The Department of Family, Community and Health System Science at the University of Florida is seeking a doctorally-prepared Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time faculty position. Essential responsibilities include teaching and clinical supervision in the DNP Program, serving on DNP project committees, maintaining clinical expertise including credentials appropriate to specialty and teaching responsibilities, participating in clinical scholarship/research, participation in faculty meetings, serving on faculty committees and providing service to the university, community and profession of nursing.

This position is located in Gainesville, Florida, and may have occasional travel to Jacksonville, Florida. This is not a remote or online faculty position.

Minimum Requirements: Doctorally-prepared DNP or PhD. Nationally certified FNP required.

Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience preferred. A beginning record of clinical scholarship preferred.

Florida licensure or eligibility for Florida licensure is required for these full-time, 1.0 FTE non-tenure track faculty positions. Additional essential responsibilities include maintaining clinical expertise including credentials appropriate to specialty and teaching responsibilities, participating in clinical scholarship, participating in faculty meetings, serving on faculty committees and providing service to the university, community and profession of nursing.

These positions are located in Gainesville, Florida. These are not remote or online faculty positions.

Minimum Requirements: DNP or PhD in nursing and recent clinical experience are minimum requirements for clinical assistant professor.

Advertising Summary: The University of Florida College of Nursing is seeking a 0.50 FTE, non-tenure accruing Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor who is doctorally-prepared and experienced in nursing education.This position will focus on teaching in our undergraduate online RN-BSN program (0.50 FTE). This is a visiting (time-limited) position to last no more than two years.

Minimum Requirements: Doctorally-prepared (DNP or PhD). Registered nurse, licensed in Florida.
